I provide psychotherapy services for adolescents and adults, either individual, couples or family in the Kawartha Lakes, Peterborough, and Lakefield area.

To begin, I offer a no cost initial 20 minute phone consultation to determine if we are a “good fit”. This call is a chance for me to get to know you and what your needs are, and also for you to get a sense of who I am and whether you would feel comfortable working with me.

After this initial consultation, Individual sessions from there are $165 (includes HST) per hour. Please contact me for pricing regarding couples or family psychotherapy.

Your health insurance plan may cover the costs of psychotherapy. Please contact your provider to see if you are eligible for reimbursement of psychotherapy costs by submitting your receipts to your provider. If finances are a barrier to you, please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss a possible solution. I offer a reduced fee for a select number of clients on an annual basis.

Forms of payment are by e-transfer or credit card processed through OnCall Health. 

24 hours notice is required for cancellations. If less than 24 hours is provided, 50% of the session fee will be charged for a missed session. Please discuss with me any emergency situations which may qualify for extenuating circumstances.
